Sales All sales are final. Refund or exchange is only possible in the case of faulty goods(see warranty). Goods will only be dispached after full payment has been received. Special sale prices are for a finite period only will not be honoured after the period stated expires. Special Order good must be paid for in full, we will refund in full if we cant supply, if you change your mind a 10% default fee will apply to any refunds.

The Law By purchasing from Shumi Swords you are stating that you understand your local laws pertaining to sword ownership and are in compliance. Shumi Swords does not warrant that any of our products are legal in your circumstances.

Warranty All goods are carry the manufactureres guarantee,in the case of Shumi brand swords the guarrantee is for 12 months from date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. We will replace or refund at our discretion. Abuse such as attempting to cut unrealistic targets is NOT covered, nor are we responsible for any injury to the buyer or others.Swords are dangerous items, treat them with respect and handle them safely. Poor maintaince is not covered. ANY modification voids this warranty!!
